I'm a larger lady and bought this to join the over 50s swim sessions. It's great! Easy to clip on. Very long strap that I tuck in. Having this
means I can easily move through deep water and be safe. Perfect if you are a doggy paddler like me, you can breaststroke your arms and look quite graceful! Lol

These have intensified my workout, I am very pleased with the sturdiness and grip. The fact there are different sizes is also a plus.

It did not keep my hair as dry as I had hoped. It was better than nothing, but as I recently died my hair and did not wish to leave trails of dye in the pool.I am quite disappointed
A lovely item BUT the sizing is not true - bought size 28 for our 10 year old who is well within published sizes. However straps rub her raw on her neck.
I triple love it, there is no gap, (so the water doesn’t come through).

This costume is really comfortable and looks great on. I like the medium leg as I am not young any more and find this type more flattering. The costume dries quickly; a great feature if you swim daily. I am really pleased with it.
Surprised at how hard my legs have to kick and doing breaststroke arms with fists clenched is a completely different muscle workout it seems

I bought 'Unisex' goggles elsewhere, only to find they would fit a big man but not a small woman! So when I found these I was pleased; they do fit well and don't leak at the sides as the other make did. I gave the first pair to my son....
Firstly, I can swim. However, I badly broke my right wrist last year and after trying to swim in my local pool, I was struggling just to float. Recommended by a lady who couldn't swim but was doing 25 metres in about 3 minuets, her secret was a Bedo vest. So, I tried the Bedo belt and yes, it works. Ok, I won't win any technique medals for swimming but it gives me confidence to try to regain the full use of my arm and hand. As recommended by my physio. Well done to customer services for all their help after I unintentionally ordered the wrong size.
These are a comfortable fit, easy to put on and actually keep out the water...unlike some of the others I have tried over the years
